A woman of many accolades and accomplishments, Sonya Marchisillo is now part of International Enterprising Women Magazine’s Legacy, as a Class of 2023 Grand Champion. Sonya has been paving the way for women in male-dominated industries since the start of her career. The fruits of her labor have been rewarded as she’s accepted the 2021 Women of the Year in Technology Award for the Southeast, 2023 Jacksonville Unsung HERO Award, and was one of 12 Keynote Speakers for the 2022 Latina Women’s Conference. She proves she is among the top in her field, as she led her small business, Pinnacle Communications Group, to heights that propelled it onto 2023 GrowFL’s Top 50 Companies to Watch Honorees List. Sonya has also solidified her success here in NE FL, with accepting The First Coast Business Alliance Service Firm of the Year just this past September. That will go alongside her Jacksonville Business Journals Ultimate CEO of the Year 2023 as well. Sonya is making her mark with a dynamic team beside her and her determination leading the way. As a Dealer Principal, NW Jacksonville Rotary President Elect, Philanthropist, Property Manager, and Founder and Sole Owner of Pinnacle, Sonya is relentless in her ability to connect people and create a dynamic work environment with a focus on empowering all women. Not only is she an inspiration to her family, but she is also a powerhouse as one of the few women to break the glass ceiling and claim her spot in the Automotive, Communications, and Technology industries. From stereotypes in these male-dominated fields to the global COVID financial-health crisis, Sonya never let anyone or anything stop her aspirations. In July 2020, she single-handedly launched her own national security, technology, and communications company despite the odds against her. Sonya’s positive attitude, upbeat personality, and strong will have given her the head seat at the table as one of Jacksonville’s number one local startups. Sonya continues to push the needle and open the door for women in any industry they want to be in. Her bold tenacity, sheer grit, and discipline to follow through despite hardships has proven time and again what happens when you keep your eyes on the prize. Her talent and support are tangible as she Chairs as the NE FL Wbenc Ambassador to champion women entrepreneurs, and also as a Charter Member of one of the local Vistage Groups to promote diversity and equity here in Jax. She is a true example of success for small business owners, women, and her family. Sonya is one to continue watching because her triumphs and dreams do not end here with PCG, she is just getting started.

Jim comes to PCG with over 30+ years of Operations and Customer Satisfaction experience. He has worked with major system manufacturers, industry leading system integrators, and large-scale corporate end users. Jim has demonstrated a successful history in developing strong, knowledgeable, direct and indirect cross-functional teams. These teams excel in the efficient planning, deployment, continued management and support of complex, large scale programs with multimillion-dollar budgets. Jim is an engaged, energetic, process-oriented leader. His strength and experience is in providing clear, strategic direction and management to both local and remote cross-functional and matrix organizations, while achieving financial goals. He’s a hands-on leader with a history of establishing strong partnerships and he aims to develop the best practices for meeting and exceeding client expectations.
